Order Changes & Exchanges

Please review your order details, including size, design, and quantity, carefully before confirmation. Due to our commitment to fast processing, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selections such as item type, size, design, or address.

If you realize you made an error, you have a 6-hour window from the time of order placement to cancel and reorder correctly. If you have questions before placing your order, please contact us. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Canceling Orders

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. After this period, your order may be in processing or shipping stages.

A cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will apply. To cancel your order, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. After this period, all orders will be considered accepted, and refunds will no longer be provided.

Eligible Conditions for Returns

  • Item arrived damaged
  • Received a design different from what was ordered
  • Size or material is not as ordered
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product description does not match the item received

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging
  • Items cannot be worn, washed, or altered
  • Defects must result from our error
  • Original tags must be intact
  • Minor issues, such as stray threads, are not eligible

  • Proof of purchase
  • Evidence of defects

Return Shipping Costs
